2. Services Provided
ShineCraft Collective specializes in premium automotive detailing and restoration. Our services include, but are not limited to: exterior paint correction, ceramic coating application, interior deep cleaning and sanitization, leather conditioning, headlight restoration, engine bay detailing, rim and tire care, paint protection film (PPF) application, minor scratch and swirl removal, and mobile detailing services. Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling will be provided upon inquiry or booking.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Appointments for our services can be made through our website, phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
- We may require a deposit or full payment for certain services at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a specified notice period (e.g., 24-48 hours before the appointment) to avoid cancellation fees. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to detailing. ShineCraft Collective is not liable for any lost or damaged items left inside a vehicle.
- Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or specific concerns about their vehicle prior to the service.
- For mobile detailing services, customers must ensure a safe, adequate, and legal space for our team to perform the services, including access to water and electricity if required.
5. Limitation of Liability
ShineCraft Collective exercises utmost care in providing its services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles or damage that occurs due to faulty aftermarket parts, previous substandard repairs, or natural wear and tear. Our liability for any damage directly caused by our negligence will be limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or the total cost of the service provided, whichever is less.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ShineCraft Collective and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
